The Founder and Managing Director of JC International Foreign Employment Agency (Pvt) Ltd, Mr. Harshana Ruwanthika is the visionary behind one of Sri Lanka’s most trusted and rapidly expanding foreign employment service providers. With a bold vision and deep-rooted commitment to empowering Sri Lankan talent, he established the organization to bridge the gap between skilled individuals and world-class employers abroad.

His leadership journey began in 2015, when JC International achieved its first successful international placement in Hong Kong. Since then, under Mr. Ruwanthika’s guidance, the agency has expanded its operations to more than a dozen countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Cyprus, Romania, Malta, Poland, Dubai, and Oman, serving industries like hospitality, construction, oil & gas, healthcare, manufacturing, and more.

Beyond JC International, Mr. Ruwanthika also serves as the Executive Director of Myflight.lk and Ragama Metals (Pvt) Ltd, demonstrating a versatile leadership profile across both service and industrial sectors.

His management style is marked by ethical practices, people-first policies, and a relentless focus on quality and compliance. Under his direction, JC International has grown into a partner of choice for 400+ international clients, facilitating over 7,000 successful overseas placements, while maintaining full alignment with local and foreign regulatory frameworks.
